Executive Chef Myro Yang, boasting over two decades of experience, has joined the Jackson's family to elevate our sushi program. Once again, Jackson's will be flying in a 350 lb. Bluefin tuna overnight from Spain, where a sushi master will transform it into a five-course dinner right before your eyes! Witness our chef expertly carve Otoro, Chūtoro, and Akami. Enhance your experience with five carefully curated libations and complimentary sake included with your ticket.

Reception - Japanese King of Fish Sashimi with Green Tea Ponzu, Umeshiso, and Micro Greens. Paired with Fukucho Seaside Sparkling Sake.Ā 

First Course – Blue Fin Tartare – diced Akami & Toro, Avocado Puree, Hokkaido Uni served with Rice Crackers. Paired with Dassai 39Ā 

Second Course - Sashimi Trio – Akami, Chu-toro, O-toro, Grated Wasabi, Pickled Kizami Wasabi, Dashi Shoyu Sauce. Paired with Kubota Manju 10,000Ā 

Third Course – Futomaki – Truffle Toro, Asian Pear, and Japanese Caviar. Paired with Tears of DawnĀ
