Since 1997 Jackson’s Bistro has been serving upscale modern cuisine in front of the Downtown Tampa skyline. In their quest to continue creating a niche in the Tampa market, Executive Chef Keith Williamson delivers a new tantalizing menu that is sure to please.
Inspired by his passion for cooking, Chef Williamson crafts a delicious array of cuisine while carefully selecting foods that pair perfectly with their world-class wine list. The new special event menu showcases all day meeting packages, breakfast, brunch, appetizers, lunch and dinner buffet and plated, cocktail receptions, and bar packaging.
BBQ Duck Sliders, Blue Point Oysters Rockefeller, Tuna Tartar Shooters are among the featured appetizers. Entrees that include Roasted Pork Tenderloin, Wild Mushroom Chicken Marsala, Grouper stacked with Crabmeat, and Lobster Pasta. Traditional favorites such as Grilled Beef Tenderloin, Seared Atlantic Salmon, and Vegetable Rollatine for vegetarian preferences.

The team of owner’s, Greg Stinson and Jack Campbell, created Jackson’s concept and development. Their combined 60 years of experience in the food, beverage and entertainment industry has enabled them to develop and blend the hottest concepts under one roof: special event, corporate and private dining, bistro dining, sushi, and nightlife entertainment. They feel that Harbour Island is the most ideal location for their concept because of its waterfront location, the growth of downtown Tampa and market appeal. The overall design of the restaurant and nightclub is an open air, upscale but casual feel– and the trend continues fourteen years later.
