Drink Tickets

Select a pre-set amount of tickets to use at your event.  Select from the above list to determine the level of drinks that you would like to offer.  You will be charged for the amount of each drink that has been ordered with each ticket and will be given a total at the end of your event.

Cash Bar

A $100 per bartender fee applies to each cash bar in the Waterfront Room.

 

Catering Policies

Payment and Cancellation

A deposit will be made at the time of contract to reserve your event (varies between $300-$1000).  A second 33% deposit is due one month prior to the event.  The remaining balance is due the day of the event.  All deposits will be applied to the total cost of the event.  Due to the special arrangements made for your event, we require a minimum of one-month notice of cancellation or your deposit will be forfeited.

Guest Count Guarantee

A final guest count is due 7 days prior to your event.  This number is considered a guarantee and is not subject to reduction.  Jackson’s will prepare a 3% over the guarantee for buffet style menus.

Food and Beverage

A 25-guest minimum is required for buffet service.  Jackson’s must provide all food and beverage.  We strongly suggest that menu selections are completed 4 weeks prior to your event.  You will receive confirmation of your menu selections on your event order.  No alcoholic beverages may be brought on to Jackson’s property from an outside source.  Jackson’s assumes no responsibility for products provided from an outside source.

Plated Lunch / Dinner Options

For events with 30 guests or less:

You may choose three entrees for your guests to select from the day of the event.  These selections will be printed on a menu with their descriptions and placed at each seat for your guests.

For events with more than 30 guests:

Choose three entrees for your guests to select from prior to the event.  You will need to provide the amount of each entrée that is needed, along with a list with your guest’s name and entrée selections, 7 days prior to your event.  Jackson’s will prepare place cards with the guest’s name and entrée selection.  This option would be an additional $1.00 per person.

Taxes and Service Charges

Jackson’s will add the customary 20% gratuity to all food and beverage selections.  Jackson’s will then add 7% sales tax on all food, beverage, applicable fees and gratuity.  Automatic gratuity on special events will be taxed as a fee, as it is not voluntary.  If the organization or company is tax exempt, a current copy of the exemption certificate is required.

A $1.00 per person cake cutting/dessert fee will be charged on any guest provided cakes.

The standard event setup charge is $50.00 for each event, but may vary on the setup needed.  There is a $50 fee for a dance floor setup in the Waterfront Room.

Audio/Visual Equipment

A podium, microphone and projection screen are available at no charge, based on availability.  A projector is available at an additional rental fee.  Jackson’s does arrange A/V equipment needs if given at least 2 weeks’ notice.  Jackson’s will not handle the set up or break down of A/V related equipment or store equipment outside the hours of the function.  Jackson’s is not liable for the safety and/or security of A/V equipment left unattended on the restaurant premises.
